Brevard Job Link Website Wins Award
The Brevard Workforce Development Board Inc.’s (BWDB) Job Link website won a $5,000 award in the category of Maximizing Resources through Technology. The new website was developed by Artemis and strategic partner Giant3 and helped achieve the goal of making the site easier to use and navigate.
In winning this award, “the Board was recognized for developing a new web site with a high-tech design and low-tech ease in operation, a unique and innovative web-based, online orientation called Tour of Services-Getting the Most from Brevard Job Link, and a web-based Youth Scavenger Hunt contest aimed at educating area youth on how to prepare for the workforce.”
Artemis is proud to continue to have the opportunity to work with BWDB in all the areas mentioned for this award.The new Job Link website was the first of its kind to use Artemis’ new product, InSite, which makes it very simple to maintain and build a website, even one that holds as much content as the Job Link site does.
